It's been slow at the movies.

And I don't just mean slow in sales mi amgio y amiga.

The movies that have been coming out haven't really been catchiny my eye all that much. Last year was good, we had American Gangster, There will be blood, and No Country for Old Men, among others. This year, like the economy, it's been pretty dry. Sure I went to go check out Rock n Rolla which was a good flick, especially now that Guy Ritchie has parted ways with Madonna it seems like he's back to his old ways again. 007 was another good one, I just hope they keep up with the grungy bond otherwise I'm out. Daniel Craigs rendition of a more gritty bond is what got me intrested, before that I never really liked James Bond Fliks. Other than that, this Fall's been lacking oscar quality films. Dave C. is right about the reboot of the Star Trek franchise with J.J. Abrams taking the helm, I'm actually looking forward to seeing that. Here's a couple that I believe will be oscar worthy. Check the trailers out.
